When you visit our website, personal data is also processed.

Under data protection law we are obliged to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed with our IT systems.

For this purpose, the following data is logged::

  • IP address of the calling computer (for a maximum of 7 days)
  • Operating system of the calling computer
  • Browser version of the calling computer
  • name of the retrieved file
  • date and time of retrieval
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Referring URL

The IP address will be deleted from all systems used in connection with the operation of these internet pages after 7 days at the latest. We will then no longer be able to establish a personal reference from the remaining data.

In addition, the data will also be used to correct errors on the website.

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our “interest” within the meaning of art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) is the operation of this website as well as the implementation of the protection goals of confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.

Contact form for interviewers

On our website we offer a contact form for registering as an interviewer.

In order to get in touch with you, we need some information. Please fill in all necessary fields.

Requests received via this contact form on our website are usually stored in our database. The database system is regularly checked to see whether data can be deleted. If data within the scope of a service provider relationship is no longer required or if the service provider has a contrary interest, we will delete the data concerned, provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.

Communication by e-mail

If you provide us with your e-mail address, we will communicate with you by e-mail. We will not pass on your e-mail address to any third parties without your consent. If you no longer wish to receive e-mails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time. When sending an e-mail to our company, personal data can be transmitted automatically depending on the setting of your e-mail program. AMR will also treat those data confidentially. However, we would like to point out that an e-mail without encryption is comparable to a postcard, i.e. it can be potentially read by unauthorized persons. Therefore, confidential information should only be exchanged with us by fax or as an encrypted e-mail attachment.

Your rights to information, correction, blocking, deletion and objection

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by AMR-research at any time. You also have the right to correction or deletion or to restriction of the processing, except for the prescribed data storage for business transactions. For this purpose, please contact the data protection officer

Furthermore, you have a right of objection against the processing within the framework of legal requirements. The same applies to a right to data transferability.

Transmission of data to third parties

Data that you provide to us will not be passed on to third parties. In particular, your data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

However, we may use service providers for the operation of this website or for others of our business products. Here it can happen that a service provider receives knowledge of personal data. We carefully select our service providers – especially with regard to data protection and data security – and take all measures required under data protection law for permissible data processing.

Data processing outside the EU

We do not process your personal data in a so-called third country outside the European Union.

Use of social plugins

So-called “Social Plugins” are used on our pages. Currently these are the plugins of the social networks Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.

The corresponding icons or buttons work as external links, so that no information is transferred to one of these providers without clicking on one of the icons. By clicking on one of the icons, the user will be redirected to the website of the respective provider. The URL of the current page is passed as a parameter. AMR has no influence on whether or how the providers use the data for evaluation.

If you contact us by telephone, your telephone number will be shown on the displays of the telephone that receives your call and stored in our telephone system for billing purposes for a maximum of six months.

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our “interest” within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) is to control the proper settlement of invoices.

Period of data retention

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as this is necessary to achieve the purposes stated herein or as stipulated in the various storage periods provided for by law. After the respective purpose or expiry of these periods, the corresponding data will be blocked or deleted as a matter of routine and in accordance with statutory regulations.
